How to make Linux Mint look like Windows 11

So you saw how easy it is to install Linux Mint.

Now its time to make Linux Mint look like windows.


First, we need to install the files


1. Installing the files

​1. Go to https://github.com/luisrguerra/fluent11-icon-theme and install as a zip

​2. Go to https://github.com/vinceliuice/Fluent-gtk-them and istall it as a zip too


2. Installing "Fluent-gtk" folder

​1. Extract it

​2. Double-click the "Install.sh"

​3. Give it permisions


3. Puting "Fluent11-Icons" in ".icons" folder

1. Right-click in the "Home" folder

​2. Check the "Show Hidden files"​

​3. Extract it in ".icon" folder

4. Putting evrithing together in "Themes"

1. Open the start menu

​2. Search for "Themes"

​3. Select "DMZ-White" for pointer

​4. Select "Fluent" for applications

​5. Select "Fluent11" for icons

​6. Select "Fluent" for desktop

5. Putting the finishing touches

​1. Right-click the start menu

​2. Click on "Configure"

​3. Check if you have turnned on.

​4. Click on  "Chose an icon" and search for the "Windows 11" start icon  

Congrats, you now have Linux Mint that looks like Windows 11
